Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given by the Industry Training Authority of its intent to award a contract to Computronix Canada Ltd. for the migration of the ITA Direct Access (DA) system running on CX POSSE Azure Cloud. POSSE handles the workflow and data associated with British Columbia's apprenticeship training program.
The Industry Training Authority has chosen not to invite proposals on the contemplated contract for the following reasons:

· POSSE is a proprietary Computronix platform used by our proprietary DA solution. DA is developed and maintained by Computronix.
· ITA will benefit from mutualized services provided by the SaaS version of POSSE.
· The contractor's in-depth knowledge of the systems in place and expertise in POSSE allows for fast problem resolution, efficient cost structure and quick implementation of systems changes.
