- The Town is inviting submissions in response to Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) No. PLN 2025-017 to engage qualified developers, teams, and consortiums (“Respondents”) for the redevelopment of the Project at Midland Bay Landing (“MBL”).
The purpose of this RFEI is to determine, at the Town-s discretion, which Respondents possess the project experience and qualifications to undertake the Work described herein. From the pool of qualified Respondents, the Town will generate a short-list of up to five (5) - to be invited to participate in the subsequent procurement process.
The selected respondent will be expected to undertake a comprehensive revitalization plan of the site in line with the Development Guiding Principles outlined in Section A. - Documents:
