- Description : The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to complete an Inventory, Condition and Capital Planning (ICC) Assessment on each chamber located throughout the Middleton Water Treatment site in Cambridge. In addition to the ICC, consultants will complete detailed design, tendering assistance, contract administration and inspection services for the replacement of all flow meters at Middleton WTP and its supply wells.
