  Detailed_Description : PHO requires expertise to assist with the design and build of its Microsoft Azure cloud tenant and transition of existing IT infrastructure from the current Ontario Government provisioned shared services model, to a PHO managed cloud-based infrastructure shared services model, and PHO managed cloud-based infrastructure.For this initiative, the successful Vendor will have demonstrable technical expertise and success within the Microsoft Azure public cloud, and in building a secure, resilient, and sustainable cloud environment. The architecture and design of this environment will support PHO-s vision of having future options for integration of PHO-s various cloud partners (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) within a holistic overarching architecture to be co-managed between PHO and a future Managed Server Provider (MSP). The architecture will align with industry and vendor best practices and integrate into the broader provincial digital systems for government and health care.PHO is accepted into the Microsoft Cloud Migration Factory (CMF) program and the successful integrator must be qualified and certified to deliver services as part of the Microsoft Cloud Migration CMF program. The successful vendor shall support the transition of existing systems hosted on shared on-premises infrastructure within VMWare virtual machines to a PHO provisioned and configuring Azure Landing Zone architecture environment. The vendor shall also provide operational support for the duration of the term, while PHO transitions to a Managed Services model.
  Scope of Work : Stage 1 - QualificationIn this stage, Bidders must submit all mandatory attachments requested and the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by the date and time specified to be considered further. Only those Bidders that have fully complied with the mandatory requirements will be invited to participate in Stage 2 and any subsequent stages within the RFB via the Ontario Tenders Portal (OTP). Failure to fully comply with all mandatory requirements shall result in the disqualification of your bid.
