- Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide services for the implementation of Microsoft 365 (M365) across the organization. This is a phased project aimed at improving the organization-s communication, collaboration, and records management capabilities. The project phases include: - Pre-Implementation Planning: Assessment of the current IT environment and future-state planning, including licensing requirement analysis. - Phase 1: Migration of on-premise Exchange servers to Exchange Online and deployment of M365 Office Suite. - Phase 2: Implementation of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint with a focus on improving records management and collaboration tools. - Phase 3: Transition to a hybrid Azure Active Directory (AD) model, including the integration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
