- Tender are invited for As outlined in the Marine Industry Advisory Committee (MIAC) Terms of Reference (TORs), industry membership is limited to 18 months and members will be selected by random draw out of all interested companies.The first 18-month term is due to expire in September 2020. Due to COVID-19, the meeting that was planned for May 2020 had to be cancelled. In order to be able to plan another (virtual) meeting including all current members, the Chair has extended the current membership term by an additional six months. Current industry membership will therefore expire in March 2021, at which time new industry representatives will be selected.We will be posting a call for nominations of interested companies prior to March in order to select members for another 18-month term starting in April 2021.
