- Mechanical: Decommission Existing boiler Cut cap and make safe existing piping connected to boiler. Supply and install new RBI Futera II model FB 1500 boiler c/w low water cut off, new wilo pump, new mixing valve, new 12” barometric damper, including start up and commissioning by manufacturer rep. Supply and install new concrete pad for new boiler. Re-pipe heating loop as required to connect new boiler. Supply and install new 14” B venting through existing chimney location. Supply and install new 120 volt electrical feed to new boiler. Supply and install local controls required. Supply and install new pot feed and filter to supply chemicals to treat existing heating system. Supply and install of thermal insulation.All work to be done Mon-Friday 7am-3pmPlease do not include Asbestos Removal and Cutting Of Chimney Blcok Wall
