Description:
Turnkey solution. Contractor that is awarded project is expected to be responsible for all aspects of the project.Details of project found in attached documents.Metro will purchase and deliver one (1) MIWE Condo Type CO 4.1208 oven to site. All other material and labour to be provided by contractor.Bid to include:- removal and disposal of all trash and debris- Work areas MUST be left clean and tidy. This is a food environment. All precautions must be used to avoid dust and debris.- Work complies to all Ontario Safety regulations and codes. Contractor responsible for any permits needed.- Work to be done after business hours. Store hours are 07:00 to 22:00.- Site visit prior to bidding is recommended.
