- Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) is soliciting proposals for the supply of metals including Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass, as further described in Schedule C (Scope of Work).RRC Polytech's overall goal and expectation is to receive proposals that provide meet the requirements of this RFP in terms of quality and compliance, considering the unique dependency of pricing of metals on specific global price indexes for metals. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 3 years with an option for 2 1-year extensions at the sole discretion of RRC Polytech.Through this RFP, RRC Polytech seeks to: Obtain information from Bidders about the above-mentioned metals. Understand the factors affecting their pricing. How to achieve a stable price over the term of the contract between RRC Polytech and the selected Bidder. How and when to apply price changes, either positive or negative, in order to achieve and maintain fairness to RRC Polytech and the selected Bidder.
