- The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced community or private mental health service providers to provide three (3) Social Workers or Psychotherapists to develop and deliver effective student mental health and addictions programming, crisis response, and short-term counselling for students. Services and programming are to be delivered in person or virtually for individual and/or group sessions at the St. Clair College Windsor Campus located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4 and the Downtown Windsor Campus. Additionally, the community or private mental health service provider shall provide an appropriate professional to provide case management support to the Purchaser-s faculty counsellors to discuss cases from a learning perspective. The Social Workers or Psychotherapists, and the case management support professional, will not be considered employees of the Purchaser, but rather independent contractors or a company.
