Detailed_Description : RFB to establish a multi-vendor, enterprise wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Provincial Data Set (PDS) to support Ontario-s Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Healthcare Service Providers (HSPs) as described in Attachment 3 - Deliverables for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend the VOR arrangement for an additional term of two (2) years.Through the issuance of this RFB, Supply Ontario intends to qualify Bidders to provide Provincial Data Set (PDS) services to Ontario-s MHA sector and the HSPs who are looking to become MHA PDS compliant. This includes: -Ensuring vendor systems are PDS compliant.-Supporting community MHA HSPs who are not on a compliant PDS vendor system to migrate from their current analog system or Client Management System (CMS) to the vendor CMS that is PDS compliant-Supporting community MHA HSPs to onboard to the MHA PDS through the established onboarding process.-Ensuring ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and future integrations to the system are completed, as required.
Scope of Work : A Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement will identify vendors that HSPs can choose from to become PDS compliant when submitting the PDS directly througha vendor CMS. Vendors who qualify for the Vendor of Record will be required to:-Ensure their vendor system is PDS compliant-Support HSPs to migrate to compliant vendor CMS-Support HPSs to onboard to the PDS-Meet a set of service standards to provide a consistent and quality client experience-Ensure ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and future integrations to CMSs are completed, as required.
