The City of Brockville Memorial Civic Centre Building retail space is comprised of 700 square feet of floor space, complete with external access door, and a large additional space for office or storage. The City of Brockville is accepting proposals to lease this unique space for the next 5 years.
The bidder has the opportunity to create a vision to serve the public, tourists and other activities as well as events the venue. This space allows businesses to capitalize on seasonal opportunities that may not be an option for their business.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek out and select a business who will provide a high quality of retail goods at reasonable prices for patrons. The Operations Department is very excited and interested in businesses wanting to submit a proposal.
