MELFORT HOUSING AUTHORITY PRAIRIE COURT 105 MELFORT STREET - MELFORT, SASKATCHEWAN Tenders for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Prince Albert City Time, Tuesday, July 25th, 2023. Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Removal, supply and installation of Soffit and Fascia for (4) four townhouse residential housing buildings. Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety- or a Certified Cheque in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Irrevocable Letter of Credit will NOT be accepted as bid security. Certified cheques must be mailed or dropped off to Living Skies Housing Authority office with the Bidder's name and Project name on the outside of the envelope.
