MELFORT HOUSING AUTHORITY DIEFENBAKER PLACE TOWER 2 201 PARK AVENUE MELFORT, SASKATCHEWAN Tenders for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Prince Albert City Time, Tuesday, June 25th, 2024. Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Removal and replacement of 15 sets of kitchen cabinets, 40 vanity cabinets, and countertops. Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety- or a Certified Cheque in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Irrevocable Letter of Credit will NOT be accepted as bid security. Questions that arise during the tender period may be directed in writing to James Paproski at jpaproski.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com. A mandatory site inspection will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 10:00 am Saskatchewan time. Location is 201 Park Avenue, Melfort, SK. James Paproski on behalf of Melfort Housing Authority will be present on site. Please limit the number of staff per company to 1-2 people.
