Description:
The City of New Westminster is renewing Megan-s Place Playground in Ryall Park, located in the Queensborough neighbourhood. The majority of the existing play features are approaching end of their service life and, will require replacement. The City is seeking a qualified General Contractor experienced in:
• landscaping
• skilled carpentry
• play equipment and play surface installations
• concrete and asphalt installations

All as specified in the Tender Documents, General Requirements, Specifications, and Drawings.
Schedule
The City is targeting a project completion by May 16th, 2025 so that the playground opening and public access coincides with the Ryall Park Spray Park opening, which marks the start of the peak season of park activity. Playground equipment that cannot meet the project completion date of May 16th, 2025 can be installed by the July 30, 2025 Ready for Takeover. With the approval of the City representative.
