- Medstead Central School Renovation Located at: 409 4th Street, Medstead, SK Emailed tenders for the renovation of the school identified as Medstead Central School Renovation, located at 409 4th Street, Medstead, Saskatchewan, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, April 29, 2025, on behalf of Living Sky School Division 202. Opening of emailed bids will be closed to the public. Work comprises of various improvements and renovations to the schools- mechanical systems, electrical systems, abatement of ACMs, and architectural finishes. The school will remain operational for a portion of the construction period, based on the school year. Between the dates of May 5, 2025 and August 29, 2025 there will be ongoing renovations to the school-s gymnasium under a separate contract. During this period there will be other Contractors at the school but their access with be limited to the gymnasium and the corridor connecting the gym to the school.
