Bids are invited for a Building Systems Renewal project located at Medicine Hat College,Medicine Hat, Alberta for a Stipulated Price remuneration, in accordance with theContract Documents.Sealed Bids for the stipulated price are to be addressed to:FWBA Architects (Medicine Hat Office)#104 - 1310 Kingsway Avenue SE,Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 2Y4Prime contract Bidders shall possess, prior to contract award, a valid standard Certificate of Recognition (COR), Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) or a valid Temporary Letter of Certification (TLC) for a standard COR or SECOR as issued by the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) or another certifying partner authorized by Alberta Human Services, Partnerships to issue CORs, SECORs or TLCs. Possession of other than a standard COR or SECOR is not acceptable.A site meeting has been scheduled for 1:30pm local time on Thursday March 6, 2025, meeting at Medicine Hat College T4 Entrance on the west side of MHC.
