Tender are invited for NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTThe Department of National Defence through the Director Military Careers Administration (DMCA) section have a re-tender requirement for a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to review and verify positive test results (urinalysis drug testing services) obtained through the Canadian Forces Drug Control Program (CFCDP) in order to provide their expert witness consultation and testimony regarding the test results while considering the CAF member-s representations if a positive test result is called into question.The Contract period will be from the date of contract award to one (1) year later, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract by up to four (4) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.NOTE TO BIDDERS:The Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME) offers seminars to businesses interested in learning how to sell goods and services to the Government of Canada.
