The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for the medical imaging equipment listed below. Such equipment may be deployed in SHA facilities across the province. Proponents may submit proposals for one or more categories of equipment but the SHA requests separate proposals for each category. Proposals that do not meet the Mandatory Requirements will be disqualified. Digital Radiographic System Ceiling Mounted Tube Digital Radiographic System with Floor Mounted Tube Carriage Digital Mobile X-Ray System Table Side Digital Radiographic Η Multipurpose Fluoroscopic System Mobile Fluoroscopic C-ARM βFlat Panelβ Diagnostic Imaging Ultrasound TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The Technical Requirements can be found on the attached Appendix G. Please include with your proposals. CONTRACT TERM It is the intention of the SHA to enter a 5 (five) year agreement with 2 (two) optional 1 (one) year extensions. PRICING INFORMATION Please indicate if the initial pricing offered can be available for at least 18 months following the contract signing. Agreement regarding the terms of price increase after 18 months also must be provided. Value-Added SERvices Please indicate any value-added services that can be provided.
