First Nations Health Authority Notice is hereby given by First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) of its intent to directly award an agreement with the following supplier for the Annual and Semi-annual inspection and testing of the Medical Gas Pipeline system for the Nursing Stations supported by FNHA and repair identified equipment failures for a period of up to twenty four (24) months with a possibility of further extensions. Class 1 Located in Cambridge, ON Services and Deliverables: The Contractor shall provide the following services: Tests in accordance with the Z7396.1-17 CSA Standard “Medical Gas Pipeline Systems". Annual medical gas inspection, including inspection and testing of the medical gas pipeline system that includes all outlets, zone alarms, zone valves, and sources of supply and all related pressure switches and alarms. Semi-annual inspections, including inspection and testing of the medical gas manifold source of supply; all related pressure switches and alarms are completed by FNHA staff under the guidance of and consultation with the Contractor. Within 10 business days after the Annual and Semi-Annual inspections, the Contractor will provide a detailed report of the medical gas system including deficiencies.
