Description : This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by l-Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Medical Gas Pipeline System and Medical Air & Vacuum Preventative Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) for the Hôpital Montfort and the Carrefour Santé Aline-Chrétien. Medical Gas Pipeline Preventative Maintenance (Two visits per year). The supplier will test, inspect, verify the Hôpital Montfort and the Carrefour Santé Aline-Chrétien facilities and provide PM Service, as per the annual requirements prescribed in C.S.A. Z7396.1:22 : Manifolds Control Equipment; Zone valve Box (ZVB) Terminal Units / Wall outlets (MA, MV, O2, N2O, N2 & CO2) Alarm Panels; Master Alarms, Area Alarms Medical Air & Vacuum Preventative Maintenance (Two visits per year) and medical air samples test (two samples per year). The supplier will test, inspect, verify the Hôpital Montfort and the Carrefour Santé Aline-Chrétien facilities and provide PM Service, as per the annual requirements prescribed in C.S.A.
