Project Description : RFP documents should be obtained from Bonfire at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) toprospective proponents to submit proposals for Medical Assessments, as further described inSection A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).The selected proponent will be responsible to deliver comprehensive medical baselines andbiennial evaluation services for selected County Emergency Services employees (theDeliverables). The current number of employees requiring the Deliverables is approximately 175,but may increase in future years.The Deliverables shall be aligned with the Strathcona County Emergency Services WellnessFitness Initiative that is based upon the Fire Service Joint Labour Management Wellness FitnessInitiative, established by the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and the InternationalAssociation of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), and endorsed by the County and the IAFF Local 2461.
