Mediation & Arbitration
Summary Details:
The Tribunal is seeking qualified mediators to provide mediation services to parties who are participating in a Human Rights proceeding before the Tribunal. The Services are described in greater detail, including in Section 5 and Appendix A.
Interested Vendors should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this RFQ and submit a Response as described in Section 8.

Interested Vendors are invited to submit a Response to this RFQ for eligibility to be added to the BC Human Rights Tribunal's list of Qualified Suppliers to provide mediation services. As described in section 6, on a non-exclusive "as, if and when requested" basis, Qualified Suppliers may be sent Competition Notices providing the opportunity to provide Services to the Tribunal.
No Competition Notices will be issued before the Initial Intake.
