Description : Canadian Museum of History 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QC Request for Proposals (RFP) for Media Monitoring and Reporting Services The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who technical experience in providing “Media Monitoring and Reporting Services” for the Canadian Museum of History and Canadian War Museum located respectively in Gatineau, Quebec and Ottawa. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum.. The selected Proponent will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following services: monitoring services (TV, radio, and newspapers online and printed editions) on a daily basis, during the work week to measure; and report on media coverage that mention the Museum and its promotional activities and outreach. The Museum also requires constant environmental scanning to stay informed about what is trending in the industry. To be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System.
