• The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: To provide Water Testing Services for the WCB office facility located at 333 Broadway in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which will include, but be limited to, testing chemical levels for corrosion control, conductivity, alkalinity/ph, biological control, glycol strength and biological control in systems such as boilers, heat pumps and fluid coolers. Testing of domestic hot water systems will also be done for bacterial levels.Description of ServicesThe Contractor shall provide water testing services for the WCB office facility at 333 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Services shall include, but not limited to:a) Testing chemical levels for corrosion control, conductivity, alkalinity/pH, biological control, and glycol strength in systems such as boilers, heat pumps, and fluid coolers.b) Testing domestic hot water systems for bacterial levels.The Services shall normally be performed during Business Hours. However, the WCB may request some of the Services to be performed outside Business Hours from time to time, as deemed necessary, in the unfettered discretion of the WCB. The Contractor shall not be entitled to charge overtime rates unless specified in the Fee Schedule.The Vendor must have experience and knowledge with the following:a) Ten years' experience in the mechanical water testing field.b) The appropriate resources to be able to manage the Contract.The Proposal should include an overview of the proposed resource(...
