- This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by MacEwan University (the “University”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC or Plumbing Services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).MacEwan University Facilities Department is an accredited ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001 certified operation. Considering this, the Facilities Department operates with a mandate for planning, reporting, meeting objectives and continual improvement. This mandate is operationalized with both internal, department resources and external resources.MacEwan Facilities has determined that Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, and Plumbing Services are critical to the operation of our campus. Therefore, it intends to establish a roster of qualified contractors to deliver mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, and plumbing services.
