Description:
The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) to prospective new Proponents to submit Bids to provide mechanical maintenance services (refresh) at the Huron Elgin Boards and Southwestern Region for various water and wastewater facilities located within Southwestern Ontario.

It is OCWA-s intention to enter into the Master Agreement with up to 30 legal entities. The term of the Master Agreement will be up to September 30, 2026.

For the purposes of this RFB:
• a new Bidder is a Bidder that is not an Existing Vendor under the Current VOR Arrangement.
• Vendors that submitted a Bid for the original RFB in 2023 but were not invited to enter into the Current VOR Arrangement are eligible to submit a Bid for this RFB.
• any entity that had entered into a VOR Arrangement master agreement pursuant to RFB23-07 but had said master agreement terminated is not eligible to submit a Bid under this RFB. Any Bid submitted by any such Bidder shall be disqualified.

The Bidder(s) are required to download the document(s) from www.ontariotenders.jaggaer.com and send any questions via email to Rashmi Vatish at procurement@ocwa.com before January 24, 2025, at 1:00pm.

The completed RFB must be submitted via email on or before the closing date: February 13, 2025, at Noon.
