- Lonsdale Energy requests your response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Mechanical Installations for Heating Plant 11 (MP11). Lonsdale Energy is planning to increase plant capacity to provide additional hot water heating services to current and future buildings in North Vancouver. The future MP11 room will be at 128 15th St W, North Vancouver. MP11 includes the installation of a 2,800-kW boiler system. The following equipment is included: 2 Electric Boilers, 1,400 kW 3 Boiler Loop Pumps 5 hp 3 DES Loop Pumps 15 hp 2 Gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers, 1,500 kW 2 Diaphragm expansion tanks, 1,000 L, 400 L Welded steel piping system, ANSI Schedule 40, 1” - 8” Pipe insulation, structural pipe support Field instruments: Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Flow meters, Energy calculators
