- Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below.Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on Mechanical QRT source list(s) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB Shilo for Fiscal Year(s) 2023-2024 (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) and 2024-2025 (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025) (two fiscal years).If mutually agreed between DCC and the Contractor, the Source List may be extended an additional two (2) one-year periods for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026) and 2026-2027 (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027) for a total Source List duration of four fiscal years.Applications will be accepted for the following category of service: Mechanical ContractorsDCC may utilize QRT-s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.Contractors that want to be added to the QRT source lists, must apply through this MERX posting by submitting the Source List Application Form.The language selected by the applicant for this QRT-s will be the only language used for the tender documents, the contract documents and communication for all future tenders and during the execution of any resulting contract. The language selected will apply for the duration of the QRT-s.This procurement is in accordance with the tendering procedures found in Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.Although a security clearance is not required to be added to the source lists...
