On behalf of the following community children and youth mental health agencies in Ontario - FIREFLY, Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS), and Crossroads Children's Mental Health Centre (CCMHC) - Capitalize for Kids (C4K) is pleased to share a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a digital platform to support the delivery of measurement-based care (MBC) for children, youth and families.Capitalize for Kids (C4K) is a non-profit organization with a mission to elevate Canada's community mental health system. Our consulting team partners with mental health service providers to identify, fund and implement operational and clinical improvement initiatives, supporting them to better serve children, youth and families. Earlier this year, C4K partnered with a collaborative of community child and youth mental health agencies across Ontario, along with researchers and clinical experts, to launch the MBC Accelerator Project (MAP) - a multi-year initiative to accelerate the adoption and impact of MBC to inform care and improve outcomes. Participating agencies will be aligning on a shared measurement approach, including the tracking and evaluation of common outcome measures.
