- Work of this Contract comprises general construction of a long-term care facility, located at 3958 PetroliaLine, Petrolia Ontario; and further identified as 2406 - Lambton Meadowview Villa Small House Addition. The Project consists of the addition of a 12-bed “Small House” for specialized, innovative dementia care to exceed the MLTC Design Standards to the existing Long Term Care facility named Lambton Meadowview Villa. Renovation of some existing spaces within Lambton Meadowview Villa. There is also a separate price required for the work associated with the install of the new generator.
