- Emailed tenders for the construction of a Multi-Unit Residential building identified as Meadow Green, located at 919 Allbright Cres., Prince Albert, Saskatchewan will be received until 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, April 18, 2024, on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Opening of emailed bids will be closed to the public. Work comprises of the construction of a new residential 12 unit building on an existing foundation. All units will have finished interiors ready for occupancy. Improvements to the exterior grounds will include new parking lot car plug pedestals, new fences, concrete sidewalks, and patios at each unit. The adjacent building on the same property will not be included in the work and will remain tenant occupied and operational. A Site Examination Meeting for General Contractors has been scheduled for April 2, 2024, at 1:00 pm Local Time. The meeting will be held on site at Meadow Green, 919 Allbright Cres., Prince Albert, SK. Availability of Tender Documents Tender documents will be available as follows: - Digital .pdf files of documents will be available to Contractors and Sub-contractors from Sasktenders.ca and the Saskatoon and Prince Albert Construction Associations. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Letter of Surety payable to Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and Bid Enclosures as specified. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
