The following is additional information and clarifications related to the Project:
GENERAL INFORMATION

- The Tender deadline has been extended until 02:00:00 pm local time, August 21st, 2025.
- Payment will be made for constructed quantities measured in the field.
- The Tender Form has been revised and has been attached to this addendum.
- The factual geotechnical report for the project area, dated June 16, 2025, has been attached to this addendum.
- An additional drawing sheet (Figure 1), dated August 6, 2025, has been attached to this addendum.
- The proposed pump manhole in this Tender will be similar to, and shall have the same fittings as, an existing pump manhole at the Gateway Mall flood berm located in Sussex.
- The Watercourse and Wetland Alteration (WAWA) permit is pending. Standard conditions will apply.
- Compaction testing shall be completed as a quality assurance measure at the discretion of the Engineer.

The following changes or modifications shall be made to the Tender Documents:
TO THE TENDER CALL:

Delete the first two paragraphs and replace as follows:
The work generally consists of erosion and sediment control, 15,760 m3 of excavation, 216 m of new storm sewer with structures, 215 m of subdrain with structures, importing 17,310 m3 of borrow fill and 3,255 m3 of low-permeability fill for berm construction, 2,150 tonnes of riprap, 3,990 tonnes of granular material for access road construction, landscaping and site restoration.
