• Tender are invited for MDSS 26-01-1/4 Ton and 3/4 Ton Pickup Trucks
  
  Notice Details The Municipal District of St. Stephen invites proposals from qualified proponents to supply one (1) new 2026 1/4-ton 4WD access cab truck and two (2) new 2026 3/4-ton HD 4x4 heavy-duty regular cab, long-wheelbase, plow-compatible trucks, each meeting or exceeding the attached specifications included in the tender document.
  
  Although issued under one tender document, the 1/4-ton and 3/4-ton vehicles will be bid, evaluated, and awarded separately. Proponents may submit a bid for either vehicle type or for both. Each bid must be submitted as a separate proposal and must be submitted separately from each other and identified by the proposal number MDSS26-01A or MDSS26-01B. Non vehicle requirements (ie Section 7, Section 11 or Appendix A) of the tender document can be included in either proposal.
  
  The Municipal District will award each submission separately and may award the 1/4-ton and 3/4-ton vehicles to the same proponent or to different proponents. Award for the 1/4 ton pickup will be awarded as MDSS26-01A and award for the 3/4 ton trucks will be awarded as MDSS26-01B.
  
  The Municipal District of St. Stephen does not, by virtue of this proposal call, commit to an award of this proposal. Proposals are evaluated according to several criteria including municipal budget, comparisons of tender specifications to the tender request, and to each submission and an evaluation of the bidder. The lowest cost, or any proposal, will not necessarily be accepted.
  
  Closing date for receiving Request for Quotation proposals: The response for Request For Quotation proposals is to be completed as indicated in the tender document and delivered in hard copy (one bound and one unbound) by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 to:
