Description:
The McMichael Now: Capital Renewal includes 62,000 SF of renovations to existing gallery spaces, and a 76,000 SF addition across three main levels—ground, second, and basement—with a subbasement mechanical space. The addition will house a 300-person event space, loading dock, food service facilities, educational spaces, and technical support areas. The project includes extensive site work, grading, and landscaping to create a prominent landscape experience adjacent to the building. It is targeting CaGBC Zero Carbon Design Certification (V3).Firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk Services (CM or CM at Risk) for the Project are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) based on the attached document. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first stage of a three-stage procurement process.
