INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope Tender for MCLOUGHLIN POINT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT - SECONDARY ODOUR CONTROL UNIT UPGRADE, IWS 2025-003 will be received by Shari McCreesh, Purchaser, Infrastructure & Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia, V9B 1H7 up to 2:00 PM local time on April 8, 2025, at which time they will be opened “in private”.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:

General construction of Odour Control Upgrades located at the McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Plant (MPWWTP). Work to include the following:
Demolish secondary Odour Control System (OCS) mist eliminator, associated duct and appurtenances.Provide and install new secondary OCS main Pre-Filter (mist eliminator), associated duct and appurtenances.
Proponents may be awarded follow-on work without a competition.
