Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is undertaking improvements along 19th Avenue from Bayview Avenue to Leslie Street in the City of Richmond Hill, including widening 19th Avenue to a four-lane urban (including full depth reconstruction), paving, and installation of curbs and gutters, storm sewers, culverts, sidewalks, multi-use paths, traffic signals and lighting.The Services include, but are not limited to, material testing and evaluation services in connection with the 19th Avenue improvements, as further described in Appendix E - Specifications.The selected bidder shall not have any affiliation with, or be providing services for, the general contractor or any subcontractors or suppliers to the 19th Avenue improvements.For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Mandatory Laboratory/Testing Facility Requirements: please refer to Appendix A - RFT Particulars.QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS: Accommodation requests under AODA should be directed to the Region's Procurement Representative via email to name.name.@york.ca...
