• Project Code Tender_8114 Project Title Master Data Management Opportunity Details Detailed Description Fsco Would Like to Procure a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (Cots) Master Data Management (Mdm) Solution for a Three (3) Year Contract Plus Two 1-Year Extensions. This Cots Solution Consists of Licences, Start-Up Services and Maintenance Support for the Contract Duration. in Addition, Fsco is Also Seeking Optional Professional Services for Specialist Consultancy for Deployment of the Product. the Proposed Mdm Solution will have Native Integration with a Several Software Platforms Including Sql Server, Erp Softwares, Microsoft Dynamics Crm and Claims Management Software. in Addition, Mdm Solution\`S Security Management Capability Also Has Inherent Integration with the Active Directory. the Data Quality Tools Integrated in Mdm Are a Critical Feature, which will Enable Effective Data Management (Eg. Timeliness, Accuracy and Completeness). a Well-Developed Mdm Solution Provides the Following Advantages: -Efficient Operation of the Enterprise Across Departments with Reduced Errors. -The Solution Enables Controlled Processes, Governance, Policies and Standards for Creation and Maintenance of Enterprise-Wide Master Data. -Accurate and Consistent Reporting Based on a Single Version of the Truth, which Supports Strategic Decisions Based on Well-Defined Information (No Second Guesses). -A Flexible and Adaptable Operational Structure that Can Respond to Rapid Changes. -Reduced Custom Code to Lower Long-Term Sustainment Cost and Reliability on Fee-For-Service (Ffs) Consultants. -Most Importantly, a Mdm Solution Allows Business Units to Manage Their Data Quality and Related Business Rules Without It Intervention. Scope of Work the Deliverables Consist of the Following: -Approximately 40 Licences for Mdm Solution (Exact Number to be Determined at Time of Order and the Total Value of the Licences will Not Exceed the Contract Ceiling Amount); -Start-Up Services (Includes Configuration, Installation Support and End User Training for up to 40 Individuals); -Optional Professional Services (Up to 30 Days Per Year); and -Software Maintenance Upgrades and Support for up to Five (5) Years. Expected Features of the Mdm Solution Are As Follows: -An Integrated User Experience that Promotes Ease of Use, User Productivity, and Unambiguity of Workflow Tasks. -Capability to Create Business Rules for Cleansing, Matching, Merging and Conflict Resolution Without the Involvement of It. -Batch Integration for Any Inbound And/Or Outbound Extract, Transfer, Load (Etl) Functionality or Interfaces. -Integration with Microsoft Structured Query Language Server Integration Services (Ms Ssis) or Another Equivalent Etl Platform. -Real Time Integration for Any Inbound And/Or Outbound Pre-Packaged Data Integration Services, or a Facility to Generate Them on Demand from the Data Mode. -Support for D...
