- The work for this project involves the renovation of a one-storey building, originally constructed as a school, into a transitional housing facility in Cornwall, Ontario. The project will include renovation of an existing building including revisions to site services, site work, landscaping, parking, hazardous materials remediation and fit-up. Work is to include, but not limited to, all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, security, permits, disposal and incidentals required to complete the project.
