Description:
Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested in regard to the Masset Branch Library project located at 1740 Hodges Avenue, Masset, BC.

The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, August 8, 2024:

C-001 Wood Framing and Siding - Labour only
C-002 Mechanical
C-003 Electrical

The project consists of a 3800 square foot library and office space consisting of wood framed walls, trusses, vinyl windows, aluminum storefront assemblies, reverse board and batten siding, and metal roofing. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
