Description:
Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), acting on its own behalf and as agent for Fraser Health Authority; Interior Health Authority; Northern Health Authority; Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (collectively with PHSA, the “Health Authorities” and each a “Health Authority”), is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) to establish a list of applicants who are qualified to supply Mass Spectrometry and Chromatography Equipment and Consumables (“Products”), and Services (“Services”) , and to meet the requirements of sites and facilities of the Health Authorities across the Province of British Columbia. Products and Services should fit under one of the below five types : 1. Low resolution Mass Spectrometry 2. High resolution Mass Spectrometry 3. Gas Chromatography 4. Liquid Chromatography 5. Mass spectrometry and Chromatography - other Note: Microbiology Mass Spectrometers are not in scope of this process. Respondents should complete their submissions in the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) Opportunity.
