  Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:

  Tender submission method:
  Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at andre@vdrnb.com and Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time.
