- The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: to support and design the implementation of market-priced salary scales for technical roles across multiple disciplines within the WCB including information technology, business intelligence, and project management and delivering a comprehensive solution that support both initial design and long-term sustainability, as further described in this RFP and in accordance with the Instructions to Vendors.Description of ServicesThe Contractor will be required to:a) Conduct market salary research using published compensation survey sources, to design a competitive, data-driven salary structure for up to 35 technical roles. The resulting recommendations should present multiple design options for salary ranges that align with the organization's compensation philosophy, bargained letter of understanding and existing pay practices. b) Propose a robust, transparent methodology for salary scale and salary structure development; address the treatment of hard to benchmark roles.c) Conduct statistical analysis of findings and prepare a comprehensive report that at a minimum includes:(i) Methodology of the review;(ii) Market results;(iii) Quality of the matches;(iv) Salary data, such as but not limited to, average actual base salary, salary range maximum and variable pay;(v) Geographic modifier for any data outside of Manitoba;(vi) Recommendations for the technical position pay grade structure; and(vii) Aging factor (if appl...
