Description : The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery requires the services of a print provider for the printing and manufacturing of secure paper stock. The Ministry issues approximately 200,000 to 300,000 pieces of secure paper stock annually. The stock is externally manufactured and printed using specified text and other visual marks as provided by the Ministry. The stock is then used by the Ministry for printing personalized content. Scope of Work The Vendor will work directly with a representative of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery in Thunder Bay to Manufacture and Print Secure Paper Stock. The Secure Paper Stock shall meet the mandatory requirements set out in the tender document. If a Bidder proposes in its submission that it cannot meet the Mandatory Requirements, the Ministry reserves the right to disqualify the bidder during Stage 1 of the evaluation process.
