Summary Details:
Due to COVID-19, all tender openings will be conducted in private in order to ensure compliance to the social distancing measures the provincial health authority has implemented.
The successful contractor will be required to produce a COVID 19 Infection Prevention and Control Protocol.
If the successful contractor will be providing accommodation of any type to their employees, they will be required to complete the online Attestation Form for each accommodation location, found here: https://comfort.pathfinder.gov.bc.ca/app/forestrysectoropscreening/
Sealed tenders for the following Manual Girdling Contract will be received by the Timber Sales Manager, BC Timber Sales, Seaward TLasta Business Area, 2217 Mine Road, Post Office Box 7000, Port McNeill BC V0N-2R0, up to 2:00 PM (local time) on March 11, 2021, at which time tender submissions will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
