Detailed_Description : RFB for operation and management services at the closed Mansteel New Liskeard Landfill in Temiskaming Shores, for the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks.
Scope of Work : Operation and management services are required at the closed Mansteel New Liskeard Landfill, formerly the Uniboard Landfill, at 1107 Lakeshore Road South, City of Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.The Landfill continuously generates landfill leachate that has repeatedly been shown to be toxic through sampling and analysis by the Ministry.As described in greater detail in the RFB, the scope of work includes:1.Operation and maintenance of the Site2.Health and safety3.Monitoring4.Meetings Services are to be provided for two years starting on October 13, 2025.
