- The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to complete the design, approvals & stakeholder management, tendering assistance, construction administration and inspection services for the installation of two (2) new forcemain access chambers along the centrate forcemain between the Manitou Wastewater Residuals Management Centre (WWRMC) and the Kitchener Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The attached Information Package provides guidelines for the preparation of the Bid Submission (Proposal, Detailed Work Plan and Upset Budget), and identifies the anticipated services required.
