- The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (“LGCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) as part of its ongoing research program. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified research organizations (“candidates”) to administer a survey to a representative sample of at least 1,500 adult Manitobans (“project”). The 10- to 15-minute survey will gather information about current alcohol-related attitudes, knowledge and behaviours. The resulting data will be used to inform public education initiatives and regulatory policy.Because of the complex and theoretical nature of the research topics, the successful candidate (“consultant”) will work closely with the LGCA to ensure the highest possible caliber of research. The consultant must complete the project by March 26, 2025.
