- BC Hydro invites qualified and interested parties to submit responses to Proposals (RFP) for Mandatory Reliability Standards (MRS) Consulting Services. The purpose of this RFP is to assign services under existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) on an "as-needed" to support BC Hydro's MRS Compliance requirements. The contract term will be five (5) years, with options to extend for up to five (5) additional years, through one or more extensions at BC Hydro's discretion. The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (5) years, which may be extended for up to (5) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (10) years. This procurement may involve negotiation.
