CATSA is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers in designated airports. Further information about CATSA can be obtained at www.catsa.gc.ca.1.1 Estimated Contract Value$1,200,000.002.0 DescriptionThe Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) has a requirement to establish a contract for the management of password reset services in order to maintain expected service delivery standards for a period of two years with three optional periods of one year each.For details see the RFP.3.0 Procurement MethodThis RFP establishes Open Tendering process to enter into a non-exclusive Contract.4.0 Estimated Quantity of ServicesCATSA-s estimated immediate requirement is for the management of 600-800 password resets per month for delivery before October 1, 2025.
